Phil Betts |
Phil Betts began working with Sandwell Advocacy in November 2003.
Phil is responsible for all finance matters including payroll as
well as preparing and monitoring our annual budgets.
Phil also has responsibility for day to day staffing administration
such as timesheets, sickness records and staff expenses.
It is fair
to say that this is a busy role which requires an excellent financial
background which Phil certainly possesses having worked in this
field for longer than he might care to remember! Sound financial
management is the cornerstone of any effective and efficient organisation,
and this is particularly important within the voluntary sector where
those who provide us with funding require an appropriate level of
accountability and value for money.
